GHD strengthens building engineering presence in Quebec with acquisition of ÉQIP Solutions Experts-Conseils

LÉVIS, QC — November 3, 2026 — GHD, a global professional services company, has acquired ÉQIP Solutions Experts-Conseils, a Quebec-based integrated building engineering firm with offices in Lévis and Saint-Georges, strengthening its building engineering presence in the region. 

Founded in 2013, ÉQIP specializes in structural, mechanical, civil and electrical engineering, with over 4,000 projects delivered for clients across commercial, multi-residential, institutional, industrial and healthcare sectors throughout Quebec and beyond. The firm operates from offices in Lévis and Saint-Georges with a team of approximately 50 engineers, technicians and support staff. 

This acquisition deepens GHD's building engineering presence in the region and expands its capacity to pursue opportunities across institutional, industrial, defence and energy sectors in Quebec and Eastern Canada.
