GHD appoints New Zealand Pacific General Manager

Global professional services company GHD has appointed Andrew Jackson as Regional General Manager - New Zealand Pacific, effective 31 August 2026.

Based in Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland, Andrew will lead GHD’s business across Aotearoa New Zealand and the Pacific, with a focus on strengthening client relationships, supporting growth and diversification, and connecting local teams with the capability of the company’s broader global network.

He steps into the role at a time when communities and clients across the region are navigating complex infrastructure, resilience, energy transition, water transport and growth challenges. His background in major project delivery, alliance leadership and multidisciplinary operations will support GHD’s focus on bringing the right technical, advisory and delivery teams together around client and community needs.

Andrew brings more than 25 years of experience with GHD. He currently serves as Operations Manager for South Australia, and has held senior leadership roles across operations, governance, project delivery and business growth.

Siobhan Hartwell, who has served as Regional General Manager for New Zealand Pacific since 2022, will be taking up a role as Senior Client Advisor, based in Santa Rosa, California.
