Jan Sipsma appointed GHD’s Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer
Global professional services company GHD has named Jan Sipsma as Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer.
In his newly created role, Jan will lead GHD’s global strategy, technology transformation and long-term growth agenda, working closely with the Board and Enterprise Leadership Team. He previously served as GHD’s Chief People Officer.

Based in Houston, Texas, Jan has coached leaders around the world and has worked in more than 30 countries. As an organisational psychologist, Jan is driven by the challenge of creating deeper value in organisations by tapping into the full capabilities of people.
