Stephen Trainor is GHD’s Australian Market Leader for Environment, playing a pivotal role in establishing and growing the company’s Environmental practice globally. He also maintains a range of relationship roles with global and national clients.
Stephen Trainor is GHD’s Australian Market Leader for Environment, playing a pivotal role in establishing and growing the company’s Environmental practice globally. He also maintains a range of relationship roles with global and national clients.
Previously, Stephen was a member of GHD’s Executive Management Group. As General Manager Strategy and Clients in 2011-2014, he led the development of the company’s Strategy to 2020.
Stephen's 35+ year career has spanned all of GHD's market sectors and regions, enabling him to connect with employees and clients around the world. He assisted with the establishment of GHD’s environmental business in the Middle East, United Kingdom, Chile, and Southeast Asia.
Stephen is a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, completed the Executive Program in Strategy and Organization at Stanford University Business School, and holds a Graduate Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety from the Queensland University of Technology.
