Jan Babiak

Her public company portfolio includes serving the board and chairing the Audit Committee of Walgreens Boots Alliance, Inc. with annual revenues over USD135 billion and Bank of Montreal, the seventh largest bank in North America with over USD1.2 trillion in assets. Jan also has experience serving on private-equity-backed, family-owned, and employee-owned company boards.

Jan holds a BBA in Accounting, an MBA, and a US CPA license. She is also a current Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), and a British Chartered Accountant (FCA). She sits on the Advisory Board of the Nashville Chapter of National Association of Corporate Directors and is co-founder of the Tennessee Chapter of Women Corporate Directors.
