GHD named one of Canada’s Top Employers for Young People for the second consecutive year
GHD was recognized by Mediacorp Canada Inc. as one of Canada’s Top Employers for Young People for the second consecutive year, highlighting the firm’s ongoing commitment to developing the next generation of professionals and supporting early career talent.
GHD offers a range of programs designed to build skills, create community and foster long-term growth for young professionals, including:
- Graduate Development Program (GDP): A two-year experience combining on-the-job training, regular coaching and feedback, as well as opportunities to participate in local community projects.
- Americas Young Professionals Employee Resource Group: One of GHD’s largest ERGs, supporting employees 35 and under with less than 10 years of experience. Members participate in programming focused on professional development, networking, community outreach and commercial impact.
- Project Management Development Plan: A structured framework that helps graduates and interns track and identify key areas for project management skill development.

Now in its 24th year, Canada’s Top Employers for Young People is an editorial competition recognizing employers across the country that offer exceptional workplaces and programs for those starting their careers. Winners are selected by the Canada’s Top 100 Employers editorial team based on initiatives that attract, develop and retain young talent. In addition to this recognition, Mediacorp Canada named GHD one of Canada’s Top 100 Employers for 2026 in November and among the Waterloo Area’s Top Employers for 2026 in January.
