“Our most significant evolution over the past year has been our acute awareness of AI and our ability to continually adjust in an extremely fluid environment,” said Ted Whiton, GHD Executive General Manager of the United States. “We want our clients to benefit from AI through greater efficiency, while remaining pragmatic and intentional about how we deploy and manage these tools. At the same time, we have spent more time refining our commercial delivery approach, implementing programmatic models that make us easier to work with and ultimately result in a better client experience.”

The ENR ranking underscores GHD’s strength in delivering complex infrastructure projects across the Americas. As project scale and complexity continue to rise, the firm is advancing how it plans, designs and delivers work — combining technical knowledge, digital capabilities and disciplined delivery models to support clients across the full project lifecycle.

“As the only inaugural AEC company participating in the Frontier Firms initiative — a collaboration with the Digital Data Design Institute at Harvard and Microsoft — we are helping to shape AI-first business models and organizational structures that meaningfully advance industry progress and set a benchmark for integrating AI while upholding client trust and value,” Whiton added.
